Singapore Air to Hawaii and Central America, Caribbean are only 35k miles on the exact same United flights, with free stopovers and open jaw...better deal when booked with SQ.

right, got confused by the table being RT vs. OW. NYC-HNL OW would be 40k UA vs. 30 SQ (or so it looks like).

35k on SQ and with MUCH better change and cancellation policy.

I am wiatlisted for a flight, would they allow me to use the miles for another ticked? I only have enough miles for one ticked.

Only to EWR-HNL since they don't partner with the Hawaiian airlines.

I am trying to book JFK-FRA-KRK. Because FRA-KRK would need to be on a partner they want to charge it as a separate Europe to Europe award and it would not be included in the mileage on the SQ ticket.
Is that right? I am booking one award through SQ from North America to Europe and they want to charge me separately for segments?
I am just confirming that the info provided was correct.

If I am wait listed for a suite and it doesn't clear do I still get a coach seat or i don't fly? And do I get the miles back?

The miles are never taken until the waitlisted seat clears and you confirm it. You also won't get a differente *available* seat in case the Suite doesn't clear by just waitlisting the Suite.
