The account is frozen, the Amex MR AH name didnt match the SQ acct name even if an AU was made.
Bookings seem fine & not affected (they better lol).

if the booking is on a SQ flight you will have a problem. I dont know about partners

I transfered enough citi TYP to krisflyer to be able to wailist the suite class flight we need from Tokyo to Singapore (IIRC its 52k for OW).

Really want to get on the flight (sometime end of October). Any tips from seasoned DDFs on how to get them to push it thru? About chances, etc? I understand this is not such a popular route (unlike NYC/FRA). Also, we have no status with krisflyer...

Update: called yesterday, first rep unhelpful, second rep (named zada) told me there was availability and I should be able to get on flight and he sent request over to services to release the ticket for me. But he said he couldn't guarantee anything, and that the ticket could be released tomorrow or 1 day before flight (which actually isn't so helpful). Planning on just HUCA'ing a lot... anyone have any experiences with this??

I don't have experience but use everything at your disposal, including Twitter. Good luck
