VR error code 4005 card suspended?

anyone run into this error msg? bought 2 VR yesterday, tried to load got msg "CARD suspended code error 4005" on my reciept, it stated card can take 24hr to activate. waited till today and tried again, same message. called incomm who stated cards have already been used?? numbers on reciept and VR match and i scratched them off. rep took my info down and created a ticket and told me to call back in 1 week. anyone else run into this, should i go back to CVS or call them back in a week?

I have heard of scams in Atlanta where the bad guys scratch off the pin and replace it with a phony
But you already had problems when you bought he VR

hard to believe its possible to scam this way an less u are a fool who pick up inactivated cards cards should be activated immediately and should say on your receipt activated for each card

Maybe the fool is the who does not understand how this scam works.  ;)
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

bought these in MA, dont think it was a bait/switch, cards didnt leave my sight, checked the card #s before i left the store and tried to activate as soon as i got home (~15min). didn't work, saw on recieipt it may take up to 24hrs. tried again 24 hrs later. still no dice. whatd you think?

I recently picked up cards and it said on receipt that they're activated only after 24 hours... They worked after that time frame
Always use an Amex, you'll thank me one day.
