100 USD Delta Airlines Electronic Credit Voucher - Sell for $85

I have a 100 USD Delta Airlines Electronic Credit Voucher my relatives got, valid till March 13 2014. This is an electronic voucher so it can be redeemed by entering the code online when purchasing tickets using delta.com
I am selling the voucher for 85 USD  (paypal for gift is ok or BOA transfer).

The vouch was issues 14 march 2013 and is valid for 1 year and transferable. The delta homepage states that:
To transfer Delta Dollars you must provide the passenger with the 13-digit voucher number and complete name as issued on the voucher.
