transfering miles into marriot rewards

Im short with 6Kmarriot rewards points. Aside from purchasing the points is there a way for me to transfer say miles or other hotel points into marriot rewads?
if miles is the case will the conversion of 10K points for 2K miles when transferring marriot points out  work the other way around as well?

You can transfer UR to Marriott.

Dont have UR or MR...
Any other option?
have plenty AA, UA, BA and hotel points galore
