Once the game is over, the king and the pawn go back in the same box.

Yup. Though MR points are worth more than UR.

are they? It depends on your use of them.  I dont know what the value of MR is if you are selling them.  I think UR is about 1.5.  That would mean you are earning 3.21 cpd.  If MR is worth more than 1.6 then this is better, if not the the SP is still better

1. It obviously depends on what you're using them. I meant their value when selling them.

2. Where did you get the 3.21 from? It would be 2.14 as far as I'm concerned.

3. I believe MR goes for 1.5 while UR goes for 1.3-1.4. Hence my calculation.

ETA: Oops. Misread your post. Disregard 2.

UR goes for 1.3-1.4.
You're getting ripped off.

The lowest I have been quoted is 1.45 but at this point I wouldnt sell for under 1.5.  Hoping for the days of just a year ago when 1.8 wasnt that hard to get but dont think thats coming back.

UR goes in Brooklyn Lakewood for 1.2 to 1.5 most  just solid 280k and after negotiating I got from one out of 30 1.5.

1.5.
That's the minimum you should possibly sell for.  Between Singapore, United, BA, Southwest, Korean, Hyatt, each have uses that far exceed that.

Well, not everyone likes to travel. And while you're right that it's worth much more, I've yet to find someone paying 1.5.

I've gotten quotes from a dozen different brokers and none offered higher than 1.45. I said GTH basically. A few asked what my "required rate" would be and I said min 1.5, and none ever got back to me. So it seems like enough people are willing to get ripped off these days that they have no need to pay people a fair price.

yeah, people that were otherwise taking the 1 cpp cash back option are glad to get 1.2.
There are still enough uninformed people that keeps the price down
