Happened to me yesterday:
Get into an Uber, he asks me where we are going and I tell him to go to the Airport. He says he cant do that bc he needs to head to work soon so he says he will cancel the ride and I should get a new one. I then get an email with a charge for $5 bc it was cancelled within minutes of ordering it. I just find it annoying that driver and customer seem to work off the same "cancel command". I would think that drivers should be able to cancel without that happening to the customer.
Whatever, Ill email them and most likely get the money credited. Rant over.
