Reach out to Amex, they'll likely be more helpful in issuing a 1 time courtesy credit.

Reach out to Amex, they'll likely be more helpful in issuing a 1 time courtesy credit.
Of course they were but it’s annoying, I had to do for 2 cards separately too.

Is there any way to talk to a customer representative on the phone. I had a gift card loaded in my account for months now and each time I try using it, it did not work. Last week, it took $30 off my gift card for phantom transactions but made me use my credit c ard for the ride. I've been going circles with Uber via email and have asked them several times to call me because they clearly dont understand the issue. Any suggestions on how to resolve?

Definitely wont be buying gift cards for Uber again.

Now that amex credits are are credited as uber cash, if I add a gift card to my uber cash balance, what order does uber use for payments?
Do they first use the amex portion (that expire every month) or do they deduct whichever funds were loaded first?
