The latter they'll do. Don't think they'll raise their prices much since they have to compete with local taxis.

They haven't raised their commission in any market ever so it's unlikely. 20-30T is already very steep.

I think it's one time, but if you stocked up on AmEx cards you could charge each ride to a different card.

If you use Uber black, the base fare is higher so you will be more likely to hit 10.
