This ongoing 13 year chronicling is quite impressive, but my grandfather a"h had you beat. On the front and back endpapers of his RH/YK machzorim he had index cards taped in, with all sorts of information about each year's davening filled in. The RH notes start in 1974, and YK in 1968 - both end in 2014. The content/format is not always consistent throughout but info included davening times (start/end/shofar/yizkor/break/etc), length of rabbi's speech, who davened/leined/blew shofar, the weather, and assorted comments. Some choice ones include whether the chazanim/baal tokeiah/gabbai/etc did a particularly good/bad job, conspicuous absences and/or latecomers (especially his brother-in-law who sat next to him for probably 40 years), wrong seats assigned, and more.
For years growing up I had only ever heard about this practice but had never seen the machzorim. Now that my father inherited them I took them down from his shelf and took pictures of it all.
