And if I was the Chazzan in a shul where they don't sell anything on RH and YK, what does that make me?  ;D

A Lubavitcher?
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

FTR, some might take this to imply *I* have a beautiful voice, which is unfortunately not the case. Though yes, I do have many relatives with beautiful voices.

We do share some relatives and my like was about the beautiful voices (and singing abilities) that run on your family. I never heard you singing so I have no opinion on your voice or singing abilities.

IIRC, and I'm pretty sure I do, your voice is nothing to sneeze at.

Ooof, that's going way back. Your recollection is me backing up guys who actually could sing.

Bais Dovid, Beachwood, OH.
Shacharis-Musaf: 10am-3pm
Mincha-Neilah: 5:30pm-7:42pm

Psicha for kol nidrei 50x chai
Maftir Yonah 230x chai
Psicha for Neilah 200x chai
This ongoing 13 year chronicling is quite impressive, but my grandfather a"h had you beat. On the front and back endpapers of his RH/YK machzorim he had index cards taped in, with all sorts of information about each year's davening filled in. The RH notes start in 1974, and YK in 1968 - both end in 2014. The content/format is not always consistent throughout but info included davening times (start/end/shofar/yizkor/break/etc), length of rabbi's speech, who davened/leined/blew shofar, the weather, and assorted comments. Some choice ones include whether the chazanim/baal tokeiah/gabbai/etc did a particularly good/bad job, conspicuous absences and/or latecomers (especially his brother-in-law who sat next to him for probably 40 years), wrong seats assigned, and more.

For years growing up I had only ever heard about this practice but had never seen the machzorim. Now that my father inherited them I took them down from his shelf and took pictures of it all.

Was he a yekki perchance? I ask because I can totally see my wife's grandfather (who's a yekki) doing this type of thing.

This is the type of thing that I would think is absolutely bonkers at the time, and then after he's gone absolutely love to have! There's an elderly chossid in our shul who is frequently asked to recount the early days of Chabad in America, and he usually responds that he didn't realize at the time people would be so interested in all the little details so many years later so he didn't think to memorize them.

This. Very much this. My bris was on YK, and I noticed for that year he put down, "Sorry!!! No information available due to attendance at [my name]'s bris in Brooklyn, NY."

Most history is like that. Unimpressive minutiae to the ones living it, but fascinating to the future.

Mir Main Minyan
Shachris/Musaf 7-2:55
mincha 4(offically)-~5:20ish
Nelia from then until 30 minutes after shkiya...

It's a yeshiva so no selling anything
however, for the second year running neila was not given to a supporter of the yeshiva, rather a talmid who has been married for a few years and does not have children yet.

Minyan Avrechim Sanhedria Murchevet

Netz Minyan
Kaddish at 5:15. Mussaf ended at 12PM.
The aliyos that were sold averaged 200 shekel each.

Regular Minyan
Mincha at 3:25, ended 5PM. The Rav spoke, said that the teshuva that can bring the geula is being mevater on another Yid even if they are wrong, and that we should take the last opportunity to be mochel someone we haven't yet managed to.
Neilah at 5:17, ended about 7PM.
No idea what the kibudim at the regular minyan sold for because I wasn't there.
