any advice? i have had a problem, but if you call the walmart.com number you sit on hold forever, and the email option is a joke because they keep sending these different automated responses

Definitely annoying... I stayed on the phone.  I  just let it go on speaker (set at low) and just carry on until someone picks up

It might be worth the wait. I had very good experience with them, but  wasn't holiday season ymmv!
