Sprint plan

i just renewed my plan with sprint when i upgraded to a new phone and soon after that they removed my employee discount.... so basically i am stuck with them - i pay for 2 android phone 199 monthly!!!

Is there anybody out there who knows if there is a better plan available through the retention department or how to cancel without being charged the cancellation fee...... or any other idea??

Call them and drive them nuts untill you get a rep to aggree to waive the fee, and make sure they put it in the notes. IME the retentions department will honor whatever was promised to you (if they see it in the notes).

I got them to add a smaller discount plus $20 off a month. Keep calling.

Tell them you moved to an area where the don't have coverage.
They are required by law (or by contract) to cancel your plan without ETF.
Just have a landlords letter...
