Rivkao - I'm also going to sign up. Maybe after shavuos though...  :-\

Quaker oat bran is fine? I can just dump it in a yogurt and be done with it?
I just cooked it with milk, it was very good.
I am now on second day and it's easier than first cuz I prepared myself for it.

Quaker oat bran is fine. You can put it in a yogurt, although I prefer to make an oat bran pancake from it using eggs and plain Greek yogurt in a frying pan with a drop of oil. That's usually my breakfast.
Btw, you don't technically need to sign up to anything to do this diet. I did it without signing up for coaching, but I guess it probably works better if you do.
I did use the Dukan website to obtain my goal weight though.

Do you have a recipe for the pancake?
What about exercise? Is it a must?
Also, if I may ask, how long are you doing it for?

Don't you find it very hard to be so limited? I need fruits and veggies.

No I didn't. Even on a pure protein day you can have pickles as a condiment to your main dish.
You can also make yourself cheese latkes and blintzes on a protein day, using a little corn starch which is considered a "tolerated item" up to two tablespoons a day. You can pm me for the recipes. Also you can have some sugar free treats so enjoy fat free sugar free ice cream our those fit n free ice creams, and sugar free low calorie ices and sugar free gum and candies in moderation.

Officially dukan allows pickles as a condiment. But when I eat carb free gefilte fish for supper I substitute it with sugar free chrein. The point is really that you can eat any vegetable probably as long as your eating it as a condiment and not as a side dish.

So nothing like ketchup, BBQ sauce, etc? The only acceptable thing I saw after a quick google search was low sodium soy sauce.

I used sugar free teriyaki sauce. Hope it's ok. Or what about plain spices?

Spices are fine. Teriyaki sauce is ok but it's better to go for the reduced sodium one, due to water retention. I'm almost positive that tomato sauce is ok.

You can have sugar free ketchup in small amounts.

Lol I was just reading that. Aside from the Dukan mayonnaise which doesn't sound that appetizing, what do you have tuna with? Also, what do your typical breakfast, lunch, and suppers look like? I know there's the concept of unlimited but I feel like if I'm not structured I'll just overload.

According to their calculations, I only need to "attack" for 2 days and "cruise" for 32. Should hopefully be manageable..

I mixed up teriyaki with soy sauce. Teriyaki is ok if sugar free and soy sauce go for the reduced sodium.

First of all I use light mayo. As a rule of thumb if it's less than 5 grams of fat then it's low fat enough for Dukan.
As far as my meals, it varies. In general for breakfast it's the oat bran pancake (you can shmear some low fat cream cheese on it) and a plain Greek yogurt with splenda. Lunch can be eggs, tuna, sardines in tomato sauce (which are allowed even in attack phase), farmer or cottage cheese, light Greek strawberry yogurt or a diet cheese cake. Snacks are mostly diet American cheese and cheese strings and on vegetable days your options are much more.
For dinner it's either fish, chicken, meat etc. On vegetable days you can make a veg soup and my favorite... spaghetti squash. Mashed cauliflower makes a good mock mashed potatoes (throw in some American cheese if you want!) and you can make carb free gefilte fish balls in tomato sauce which are probably allowed even in attack phase) And don't forget about cheese latkes and blintzes using corn starch but I would stay away of corn starch in attack phase.
Have fun and good luck!
