Diet Soda is a fraud
What does this mean? It actually has calories? Has some magic power of making you keep on weight?

Source?

The pH of seltzer is between 3 and 4. Anything below 5.5 will cause tooth structure to dissolve. It won't cause decay but it will eat at your enamel slowly, especially if you brush right after drinking.
Don't get me wrong, it's still a lot better than other drinks.

Not good. I used to eat only breakfast and dinner and gained a ton of weight, now I eat 6 times a day much smaller meals and I'm losing weight.
Meaning eating less isn't necessarily a good idea. Your body holds on to all the excess garbage as opposed to eating multiple times daily where all it keeps is the good stuff.

That was 2 meals a day. I snack during the day and eat dinner. (All depends what's available and my mood though)

Aspartame inhibits weight loss.

That's why I explained at the end that's its not the 1 or 2 a day, its about having a good healthy schedule and not forcing your body to hold onto unwanted fats.

Oh. Apparently there is some magical component which makes you gain weight. Time to stop with those diet cokes and ddp's. Shoot

Thanks for the tips. For me it would be pretty easy. I eat tons of junk food. Just have to start cutting some of that out.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half
