applied 4 the chase co card got declined due to too many recent applications overall (not within 6 months) spoke to a credit analyst she said that in order 4 her to approve this card I have to close 1 of my other chase cards anyone ever got this ? and any point in trying again with another rep. or its all updated in the system ?

I would actually love if i got that response as i was planning on closing 1 or 2 of mine anyways. wondering if i should even try applying...
