Just book the refundable fare on Southwest.com, after it posts to your account in a few days click to redeem your points for it, get a check for the value of the points and 10% of your points back, cancel the Southwest ticket.
Rinse and repeat.

Alternatively, you can a book a delta refundable flight online or over the phone and then cancel after the redemption.

No. you are supposed to get 1c per mile redeemed plus the 10% bonus.

The 2% you get is on spending. Meaning if you spend $1000 you get 2000 points. (plus 10% of points redeemed making it 2.2%)

just did it with delta. Why do you say get a check back? Don't they just credit the account?

How often do you rinse and repeat until they start flagging your actions?  Has anybody gotten flagged to stop abusing this?  Which other airlines besides SW and Delta can we do this with?  TIA

Anyone know how many points it might take to get a first class ticket with these points?

I'll accept a range.

Don't fully understand how it works with this card

Depends on the cost of the ticket.
