CC for Car Rentals

Did a couple of searches because I think its been discussed before but can't for the life of me find the info. Maybe its just really late but a little help would be appreciated.
Are there any CCs that offer cashback bonuses (3-5%) on rental cars. I know that there are a few that have quarterly bonuses but I'm looking for all year round.
Alternatively, any CCs (with an annual fee lower then $300-$400 range) that offer bonus miles for car rentals.

Thanks but any more general, major rental spend issue with Enterprise.
