I have used Mendy Rosenberg in North Miami Beach, was recently by him (again) (see link of house below), he was the first one to rent houses in NMB, I rented from him over ten years ago. straight shooter. his cell is (786) 663-7050 (careful with other agents, they use some houses & piggy back commissions, you end up paying a lot more per night...)
