80% is the going rate for cash sales. If u want to pay with another gc ul probably have to offer a better rate.

Many consider Amazon almost like cash.

Hello,
I have a egift card from Dell for $400 received after purchasing a TV on Dell.com. Do you know if it is sellable as most of the website such as Cardpool, Raise... refuse it.
Looks like it may be used only for my only future purchases... and is not transferable?

Your Dell gc is transferable. Most websites won't deal with it because it has an expiration date. But I would buy it. I make purchases from dell all the time. Please text me at 530-435-5695 so we can arrange the details
