PSA: Dell Promo Gift Cards are not really gift cards, and are protected by no laws/regulations as legally they are considered akin to coupon codes. Proceed at your own risk, I know someone that lost a significant amount of money from this.

It's a promo gift card that expires at the above mentioned date. Is there a difference? No intention to mislead here, this isn't exactly my most knowledgeable part of the forums.
