PSA: Dell Promo Gift Cards are not really gift cards, and are protected by no laws/regulations as legally they are considered akin to coupon codes. Proceed at your own risk, I know someone that lost a significant amount of money from this.

Yes, but I did not know. I sold my GC and after seeing someone else sell the coupon along with the GC, I made an offer. Sorry for the wasted time discussing this non issue. I am anything but dishonest and would not think of selling the current one that I know works. I am sure it is out there on the internet for everyone. Lets move on.
