PSA: Dell Promo Gift Cards are not really gift cards, and are protected by no laws/regulations as legally they are considered akin to coupon codes. Proceed at your own risk, I know someone that lost a significant amount of money from this.

Actually 3 gcs can be used if it covers the total cost of the order otherwise only 2 gcs and a cc to cover the rest

I need coupons any denomination. These are the type of coupons you get with a monetary value. They are usually issued by the Dell customer care dept when they mess up or as an incentive for something.  I will pay 90% for these
