need to change a booking that I made on Kayak and its costing about 500 USD

I booked a flight through Kayak (Vayama) from TLV- JFK through Zurich and then return from TLV - ZRH,

Now I want to change my flight to return to TLV rather then to ZRh but they say that is not possible.

And for changing the return date, Swiss charges a 300 USD processing fee and Kayak a 100 USD processing fee,

Is there anyway to get around that ? Ill be spending 400 USD plus 140 USD fee change just for moving it
forward 3 days...

Any suggestions how to lower the swiss processing fee ??

It will be cheaper for me to book a new one way flight from JFK to TLV ! Can I claim some of the arport taxes back from Swiss ?

Is there a way to check if the flight is over booked in advanced and see if I can get bumped ?

Swiss almost never bumps
Dont see a honest way out of this
