Sounds more like they are competing with Amazon Prime,
Refunding up to $20 on 2 day shipping,
Free trial and then $69 per year fee that includes many retailers.

Paid $18 for 2-day shipping on Wal Mart. More than the item.

$500 limit for 6 months. Sounds like a pain to track all of this stuff, plus you have to remember to submit your order # and information directly to Mastercard to to get the rebate back. Hardly turnkey and seamless.
