FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.
Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

We have a few tickets booked on an upcoming reservation and not everyone is flying. We're looking forward to having the empty sears near us while we travel. How fast do they cancel a ticket when you don't arrive? Will we still have the empty seats near us on our second leg on the way there?

If there are empty seats and people waiting on standby I believe they will fill them. I have at least been a standby passenger and got on a flight in this scenario. They waited until right before they closed the door

By us (2 days ago) they gave away our seats 27 min before the flight and didn't let us check in.
Moral of the story: alway check in online.

You don't need to.
Not gonna comment on the legality of it, but it's possible to do.

When was this? I have a ticket that the travel date has passed that I would like to reinstate and it seems like delta and Priceline have no record of it.

This is a draft I wrote to send to the above email address, looking for comments as I don't want to mess up my last chance by doing this wrong.

To whoever it may concern,

On December 26 I had bought tickets to travel to Detroit in business class on Jan 3 returning on Jan 5 with my brother through priceline, unfortunately the reservation was not ticketed. I was hoping that you would be able to reinstate these tickets for a later travel date so that I will be able to make this trip.

I called the delta call center a short while ago when I had my contact ID from Priceline and they said they would be able to do it but we didn't manage to go through with it at the time. I'm now unable to access my contact ID number and I hope that you are able to help reinstate these unticketed tickets.

Thanking you in advance,

I'm scheduled to fly today from HNL to ATL with delta tonight 535 flight and then on to Jfk.
So far they say flights are on time does anyone know if if this is true or they will probably cancel last min.

What should I do?

I was put on standby from lax to JFK due to storm 4 weeks ago. Only had one seat and I needed two so didn't take it in the end but its doable.

I went standby
I was supposed to be on a 615 pm from JFK-LAX and i paid 50/ticket and went standby on the 715am flight. I will say that it was an empty flight so I had no problem getting on and i called exactly 24 hrs before so I was toward to top of the standby list anyways

That's the regular standby price. Nothing special there.
