FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.
Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

Thanks everyone. What does ftfy mean?

I don't have any of these numbers. Wouldn't they be given only after the credit card purchase info goes through? If not I may have missed it. If so, is it possible to retrieve on computer on which it was done?

The priceline contract #, is the # that came on the screen right after purchase, and even before the ticket is confirmed by the airline. It seems that since you didn't get that # they may not honor it.

You can try calling and ask specifically for your contract id#

just a heads up for people who r still flying on the glitch tickets.
delta charges $50 for people to change their flights within 24 hrs of their flight on to a different flight with same fair class available,
representatives are now told not to allow any changes done to these glitch tickets, but there is still hope, just huca and u should eventually get a rep who doesnt know that rule and allow the change.

incase ur wondering y is it worth it to spend so much for a change, u can change a double stop over from ny to hawaii into a single stopover, i just did it to mine

I spoke to a very nice supervisor who really wanted to change my ticket but said the system itself won't allow it. Although he did suggest I go to the airport and ask them to do it there. Since at the airport they can do what they want.

Weather.com, but like all weather channels, it keeps changing. Was raining Friday & Saturday.

They predicted the weather to be in the 50s a week before I went... it was in the high 60s and 70s when I was there...  ::)

Even within 24hrs of a flight? That wasn't the case with me.

In my experience:
I had a HNL-ATL-JFK for last Thursday I called delta on wed saying I was worried of getting stuck in ATL for Shabbos because of the weather in NY and ATL  (really it was not that bad but there were some cancellations) agent said no problem and was able to change it to motzei Shabbos.
