your case is different as there was a special waiver for that day.

It's not a "false assumption" that award seats are very hard to come by! Not sure how legit this guy is ....

I spoke to a very nice supervisor who really wanted to change my ticket but said the system itself won't allow it. Although he did suggest I go to the airport and ask them to do it there. Since at the airport they can do what they want.

i just did this last wednesday, my flight was on thursday and i waited until within 24hrs of my flight,
after i just told u that it happened u wrote -1?
thats y i said huca, the rep at first told me that she cant and i told her it was allowed because it was within 24hrs of my flight and thats what i was told a week before when i called.

just got back from my trip to Hawaii and 85 deg perfect weather.

Flew in first on a 737-800, 767-300, 757-300, and A320. I personally think the 737 had the most comfortable first class seats, and the 757-300 had the worst (they STILL haven't upgraded them from NWA acquisition it seems). Overall it was a fun trip.

which flight were u on? did u leave at 1040 last night? did u stop over in la or seattle?

Hi all, Question:
During the delta glitch I was successful in getting a JFK-HNL ticket, and returned from HI earlier this month..(was amazing)
Now, in addition to this ticket i did get and used, I was also successful in getting a Priceline confirmation on a JFK-LAX ticket for the same dates as my HN flights, However I didn't follow up with Delta on the JFK-LAX ticket (I actually did fax the pricline contract but never followed up)
can I still get in contact with them and try getting the ticket confirmed? the dates have passed already (it was Feb 2-7)
can anyone advise ?

Doesn't seem like there was luck getting past dates ticketed. You can HUCA though to see what happens.

I need some ideas here.
I have delta tickets to Hawaii next week and my wife can't go. Is there anyway of changing the dates to say some time in the summer. I have spoken to several reps and they all say I would need to pay change fee + any price difference(which is hefty being that these tickets cost me $40). Any ideas?

I don't know why but when my sister called to change [she offered to fly one day later to give more room on her current flight which was filled up with canceled flight passengers] they said we can we can waive the change fee but you have to pay the difference in fares. For some reason there was no difference in fares.

could have been a rep error on my sisters side or maybe you should ask what the difference in fares is?

I got mine confirmed after many times calling didnt help I emailed pricingissue.res@delta.com which worked
