FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.
Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

Anyone know a direct number to get through to priceline? The 203-299-8000 wont let me speak to someone. Only a automatic system.

FYI for anyone hoping to get a human from Priceline try this method:

Call price line at the end of there first message press 1 that you don’t have a itinerary number then put in your phone number when they say they have a record push 2 for wrong itinerary then they will transfer you to a human

HT: HI Via DD

On hold now so lets see if this is any help.

tried to change to an earlier flight on the phone, the rep rebuked me.  "Sir, you got these tickets for $42.07, we cannot allow you to change to an earlier flight without charging you an admin fee. What do you think we are doing here?"

I just spoke with priceline. Rep couldn't help me bec all I had was itinerary number. Supervisor sent me a contract request. this has all my info and price etc. If you are calling priceline just asked for CONTRACT REQUEST. You will get a link to your request and you can print/save that.

Now I will fax it into delta! Fingers crossed!

I have a more complicated story, I re-booked on the same flight just in business class, my economy tickets went through on Thursday but not the business class ones, (I was going to cancel the first set as soon as the second set was ticketed, within 24 hours), I got my price-line contract for the second set.
Any chance that delta will cancel the first set and honor the second set?

Is the best way to go about it to fax it and then wait for them to call me?
