FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.
Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

I booked a ticket for my daughter who is six last thursday by changing her birthday to make her 16 (you can not book unaccompanied minor online) it didn't get confirmed and now I'm waiting for a call back from delta- should I tell them her real Bday- and risk them saying well how did you book this? or say she's sixteen and at the airport if they ask just say it was a mistake (she will be on the same flight as family members on a separate booking)

thanks in advance for your help!!

how many miles would it be from JFK- LAX
does it pay to get the miles for my kids
they probably won't be flying again so soon?

Of course it pays. Especially with Delta. They don't expire.

I booked these tickets to LA and am very excited for my trip. I am flying with my infant who at the time of takeoff will not be 2 yet but will be turning 2 during the trip and will be 2 at the time of my return flight. Will I have any issue being that I did not book a ticket for the child? Will every airline treat this differently?

From Delta's rules:

Quote
Ticket Required
You'll need to purchase a ticket for your child when you:

-Have a child that turns age two during a trip — a reserved seat and ticket are required for the entire journey.

I called the SkyMiles number 1-800-323-2323 and was connected to a supervisor within 10 minutes.

Created my reservation and moved the return one day earlier for me.

She mentioned that the Priceline tickets will not accrue any miles. Not sure if that is correct or not but not going to argue that right now. Agent has been very helpful and pleasant.

Only thing is she booked me in economy instead of business. On hold now while she looks into it.

Total time on the phone so far 32 minutes.

I originally got on Priceline economy tickets. I then tried for business and it didn't go thru like everybody else. I just spoke with supervisor and they honored the Priceline business.

Should I call back now Priceline or delta and try to cancel my original coach tickets or don't risk that they might say you cant have both and take away my business tickets?

On hold 5 minutes to rep. 2 minutes to supervisor. I put in my skymiles number and gave the automated system my flight info before speaking with anyone.

Weird situation: Can anyone help;
Booked successfully for wife and myself on thursday, but was unsuccessful 2 times after that (before 1pm) to book again with my child (all 3 of us). I have those Priceline itinerary #'s.

Im on hold now for supervisor. The rep that collected all the info is telling me that what will happen is that the sup will reinstate the Priceline ticket, and then afterwards delta will see a duplicate ticket and will automatically cancel one of them. (Hopefully the right one). However i will be charged for both bookings.

Is this true that if Delta cancels one ticket i will be charged? Will i be able to dispute it with Priceline or the CC?

Just book JFK-HNL with a supervisor. Had a confirmed reservation for JFK-LAX for the same time frame. Supervisor said she will cancel my JFK-LAX for me  ;D

And our Priceline tickets were just honored by Delta's supervisor.

Hold time ~15 mins.
5 mins with entry-level customer service.
~2 min hold time for supervisor
~10 mins while supervisor took care of the problem.

Don't bother talking to the peons - they don't have access to the Priceline spreadsheet with all the contract numbers.  Just ask for the supervisors, and ignore the listed wait time (I was told 60-80 minute average wait time for supervisor).
