FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.
Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

I just PDF'd the invoice from Delta.com with all the ticket numbers in case they try playing games with the Priceline reservations.

Somebody told them and they canceled MY tickets....I made reservations for 5 different people and they canceled ONLY mine!!!!!!!!

Was it a CC issue? Did you use the same card for all reservations?

Just got my tickets canceled by Orbitz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

I feel horrible for you. I hope you can work with Orbitz but having dealt with them over a really stupid issue over a long period of time I can say that calling Orbitz for me has been like talking to a brick wall. I was never able to reach an American, they are all in Guatemala or somewhere similar. If I were you I'd figure out some way to reach their U.S. offices, I think they are in Illinois.

Good luck.

Actually if I were you , I'd skip Orbitz altogether and go directly to Delta.

Can someone (expert preferable) weigh in on whether due to to the nature of these crazy prices Delta may allow cancellations after 24 hours? Anyone? Dan?....   8)
I'm no expert, but you do remember US Airways offering refunds. I have no idea what the case will be here.

Dan,

Havent been to hawaii in 11 years.  Is united still the best mileage option for interisland flights.  I see its 5000 miles.  Is there anything cheaper in terms of miles?

Also, I am going with young children and possibly a 2 month old as well.  Which islands should we goto.  I have been to maui and the big island.  I definitely want to take my kids to the big island to see the volcanos.   should i goto kaui or to maui?
Does anyone have suggestions for the cheapest hotels in waikiki
Will you please limit your insights to the main page?!

Spoke to Orbitz, and they blamed Delta. Spoke to Delta, and they blamed Orbitz. Got Orbitz and Delta on the phone together, and Delta conceded that when they said they were honoring the fares, it was only for reservations that had been ticketed. Orbitz said that they didn't "ticket" my reservation, because the didn't get the necessary confirmation from Delta, which means that Delta wasn't allowing them to ticket the fare as booked.  So if I understand correctly, Delta is telling the world that they're honoring the fares, but in reality, they only meant that they're honoring the fare IF they have actually been ticketed already, and if they could stop anyone before a fare was ticketed, then they would do so.

Question remains whether Delta's actions may be in violation of DOT regulations, if Orbitz confirmed the booking, and then Delta refused to verify the fare and allow Orbitz to issue a ticket number.

Even if not, Delta is going to get their lawyers on the case or just settle?
