FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.
Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

Success Story: I had booked 3 tix from jfk to lax at $45 each roundtrip via Orbitz. I had gotten the confirmation email but not the actual e-tickets. A few hours later, I got an e-mail from Orbitz saying that my tix were going to be cancelled due to lack of availability(?!). I called Orbitz and Delta on Friday but wasn't successful, as the Delta rep told me that they were only honoring the bookings that were actually ticketed. Motzei Shabbos I called Delta at 800-692-6980 and spoke to a rep at length. I explained to her that even though I wasn't ticketed, according to the D.O.T. a confirmation e-mail should be enough, and being that Delta came out with a public statement that they were honoring these tix, I shouldn't be different. She put me on hold for 20 min. and then asked for the confirmation e-mail. I forwarded it to her, and after another 15 min. on hold she came back on and rebooked my tix. 8) ;D ;D ;D :) ;)

Great!

This is good news.
It's good for us that this glitch didn't last for longer than it did.
Otherwise, there wouldn't have been an airline left to fly us all.

Do you think if I got an itinerary number from priceline but no confirmation Delta will honor it?

Why would priceline be different than orbitz?

To anyone, or to you?
If they never sent then how would you even argue that you had a ticket?

is it an everyday thing on priceline, that if you book 2 different tickets, they will not issue it due to double booking?
(as i tried to book a 2nd time during the sale for my child, it was denied)

During the usair nyc-tlv glitch, I used priceline and successfully booked a few tickets for myself on the same days... different returns

Same exact story tonight -

Took the rep about 45 minutes to figure out how to ticket it for so cheap, but she got it done no problem!
The poor rep was on vacation the last few days and had no clue what I was originally talking about or how I scored such cheap tickets :)

I wish!!!! I have like 5 such reservations where I received a price line # and thats all. They actually put a hold on my cc (under pending).
What interesting the hold is under price line, where the actual tickets that I did get (I rebooked to try to get 1st class) was billed under something diffrent.

I was lucky to have to separate reservations confirmed on priceline. On one of them I messed up the dates. I needed Feb 1 and booked feb 8. I called Delta Friday in hopes of a miracle. The rep said that my ticket is basically worthless unless used day of. I was persistent but to no avail. Today I received an email that my reservation was changed or canceled. I figured she canceled it because I didn't need it. I was ready to put up a fight until I checked y reservation..... SHE CHANGED IT!! Morale of the story it never hurts to try!

I booked 6 tickets from JFK - HNL in first for $150 each, and they was cancelled with the 15  minute message. Has anyone had luck reinstating those tickets?

My friend booked on priceline, and they confirmed the ticket on the screen with a confirmation number, however he never got a email confirmation,  and the credit card was not charged.
Is it possible to push for it?
If u work for a living, why kill urself working?
