FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.
Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

My friend booked on priceline, and they confirmed the ticket on the screen with a confirmation number, however he never got a email confirmation,  and the credit card was not charged.
Is it possible to push for it?

Did you get a confirmation by email showing your flights/itinerary and price?

Alaksa Airlines
http://www.alaskaair.com/content/mileage-plan/benefits/elite-levels-and-benefits.aspx

If you go to wwww.milecalc.com and type in your routings it should give you an idea of how many miles you got. If you have a flight in Business, add 25% bonus.
If you already credited a flight, you canīt usually recredit it.

Rough calculation, you should get some 18-20,000 miles on 4 RT to the westcoast depending on what city you transit in DTW, CVG, ATL, etc.  ;D

With Delta now you need to spend 2500 to get the lowest status besides flying 25,000 (unless you spend $25,000 on their credit cards), so it might make more sense to credit to Alaska. Also if you ever fly American Airlines, you can also credit the flights to Alaska, so itīs a great place to credit "orphan" miles...  ;D

Iīm not Jewish (came to this site from FlyerTalk, same username there) but have a great Shabbos...  :)
Thanks for posting.
Welcome to DDF :D

and?
We booked  3 tickets with priceline from JFK to LAX for 25$each got a confirmation number but no itinerary number from Delta and no email so we called up Delta and we gave them the confirmation number from Priceline and they emailed us the itinerary so you should definitely give it a try

no.

Delta has clearly changed their tune and they're honoring the Orbitz fares if you can show your confirmation/itinerary from Orbitz. The problem with Priceline is they have no point of reference for your fare and itinerary unless you can show them documentation from Priceline confirming your Priceline "reservation" and showing the flights and fare.
Regardless ... you should HUCA

Working on a NYC-HNL itinerary that I had in business on priceline with a "booking failure". I have the priceline itinerary number so I at least have something to reference. Don't have too much hope on getting it but worth a try! ;D

Friend just got his priceline itinerary honored after lots of hucas. They said they can't take any screenshots by email. So he just told them what he booked and how much it was, they said they can't match the exact price so just rounded it up a bit.
He said he book first class (think he actually only tried economy) ended up getting 2 first class tickets to LA!!
Took a lot of hucas and spoke to a supervisor!
