FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.
Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

FYI for anyone hoping to get a human from Priceline try this method:

Call price line at the end of there first message press 1 that you don’t have a itinerary number then put in your phone number when they say they have a record push 2 for wrong itinerary then they will transfer you to a human

Friend just got his priceline itinerary honored after lots of hucas. They said they can't take any screenshots by email. So he just told them what he booked and how much it was, they said they can't match the exact price so just rounded it up a bit.
He said he book first class (think he actually only tried economy) ended up getting 2 first class tickets to LA!!
Took a lot of hucas and spoke to a supervisor!

I got this reply from Priceline via email: We apologize that we were unable to book your airline reservation for a
trip to Honolulu. You have not been charged for your request.

Our booking system is linked to our travel partners' booking system,
just as any other Internet travel service or travel agency. Regrettably,
there are occasional time lags, which impact true reservation
availability. What this means is that listed reservations may not
actually be available because they have not refreshed their reservation
system database at the time we access it. This time lag is common
throughout the travel industry and is not unique to us. While it is rare
that this happens, it appears that due to changing inventory the
reservation we offered was no longer available at the time we attempted
to book it. You can review the list of remaining itineraries and try
again.

We once again apologize for any inconvenience.

I already have confirmed tickets JFK-LAX for the same dates as the JFK-HNL flight I am trying I get honored.

So I decided although $169/rt in first would be amazing $25/rt to LAX in coach isn't too bad.

Gonna give up rather than being a pig since we all know what happens to the pigs ...

The flights I'm trying to change are in A and C and it's telling me "unable to process your flight change online".

Guess I'll try calling them soon...

I did it on Friday over the phone with a Delta rep. They transferred me first to the ticket issuing department, who did it for me. Maybe ask to be transferred to issuing department first and see if that helps..

Alright I'll give it a shot. Every rep I spoke to seemed pretty well versed - "anyone that got the deal cannot change flights unless they pay the difference of the full fare." Maybe they decided this over the weekend.
