FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.
Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

Alright I'll give it a shot. Every rep I spoke to seemed pretty well versed - "anyone that got the deal cannot change flights unless they pay the difference of the full fare." Maybe they decided this over the weekend.

priceline delta glitch/issue
« Reply #565 on: December 29, 2013, 01:14:04 AM »
Basically here's the story. It seems that a lot of people who booked with priceline got screwed. I booked my ticket at 11:59 (an hour before delta shut down their system) and it wasn't booked. Priceline claims they tried to issue it but the system didn't let. Priceline seems to be sending emails upon request with the booking page which you booked from and on top it has the time the ticket was initialled. Unlike Orbitz which booked it but delta didn't want to ticket the actual ticket. So as of now it seems like the issue was with priceline because no other agency had this issue. I think it would be a good idea if everyone filed a complaint against priceline to the same place. Either the priceline executive or to DOT. If someone were to create a wiki with where to complain that would be the best. That way all complaints are going to the same place.

Orbitz died much earlier than PL.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Call them and ask them to send a record of your booking request
Orbitz died much earlier than PL.
That may be true but like I said before priceline for some reason wasn't able to book the tickets. I had booked over an hour before the glitch died and they told me they tried processing it twice. Once at 1230 and once right after. Yet they claim it didn't work. Something is definitely fishy... Where do you suggest would be a good place to complain? DOT?

Firstly I had booked through priceline and 1159 so regardless it still took them 30min to process. Secondly if you speak to delta they will tell you that the clutch was from 10:30-1:00

People who booked with Priceline: Did your CCs get charged? Mine is still showing as a pending charge. Is this going to be an issue?  :-\

Totally hit or miss. My return flight shows 0 charge to change but if I try changing whole ticket big charge LOL

Also only specific dates worked not any date... Don't think it is worth calling just play with it online and if you get even luckier and your able to change be extra happy :)
