FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.
Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

I booked a tix for my coworker first thru priceline, jfk-lax. He got a confirmation but not ticketed. Then I tried for myself jfk-lax Biz and got ticketed. Weird but bashert!

I only had a charge on the reservation which actually went through.

mine did- but it came up as last minute travel.com on the amex. And each ticket was a separate charge.

someone i know claims their agent got it for them. but put a $20 surcharge on each ticket. For all i know he used Priceline!

Something needs to be done but with a Seder. Everyone needs to complain to the same place. I think writing to DOT with a copy of the contract attached would be more effective.

I booked through Priceline. Charge from delta still pending... Not worried as there r still other charges from that day that are pending as well, and on delta.com everything looks normal. Was even able to request kosher meals for the business flights online

Orbitz died much earlier than PL.

I don't know exactly what died when, but I'm consoling myself that it's okay that some of the details of my tix aren't perfect (too many segments, dates/times are good not great, mostly very low fare classes) because it's likely I wouldn't have gotten anything at all had I tried to book with Priceline or Orbitz at the time that I found out about it. Instead I used the skiplagged link from the OP and booked directly on Delta.

Totally hit or miss. My return flight shows 0 charge to change but if I try changing whole ticket big charge LOL

Also only specific dates worked not any date... Don't think it is worth calling just play with it online and if you get even luckier and your able to change be extra happy :)

Does anyone know how to set up a change online to eliminate a stopover? I have JFK-MSP-SFO-HNL, but I'd love to find something more like JFK-SFO/LAX-HNL, or better yet, final destination of OGG or LIH. But I can't figure out how to set up the flights on the 'change' screen so that I can see whether or not a more direct option is available for no charge.

Some people's tickets got processed,  and others' didn't.

Filing complaints with the DOT bec your glitch fare didn't make to the final stages? I mean,  seriously,  that's ridiculous. 

Glitches come and go.  Take what you got and move  on.
