FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.
Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

Might not be considered identity theft, but could be a host of pretty bad things (fraud, breach of contract, etc.). They might even bring the dogs!

I hucad 5 times even got the "priceline contract" with out conf # or delta ticket number I got no where :(

Booked through priceline and my ticket shows not booked. Spoke to 3 supervisors at delta but no luck.

Those that did get their tickets reinstated fron priceline seems few and far

They changed my jfk - lax by 15 minutes
Is that enough to change the lax - jfk flight: date? Class? Or to cancel the return flight?

If I remember correctly, up to a 2hr change of time is "expected"...

It's actually one hour. Anything longer (even cumulative between flights) and you get free time changes.

Anyone get an unconfirmed Priceline contract, fax it to Delta, and hear back about it yet?  Or know what Delta is looking for to decide if they'll honor it?

Priceline seemed to have this down pat in procedure, claiming they could only give us our contract details with the timestamp, passengers and price.

One of the Delta reps (had to HUCA once) had handled three calls prior to mine, in each case telling us to fax the Priceline contract over to a Salt Lake City Customer Experience Supervisor.

Who got lucky?

i have an itinerary number from priceline but they never confirmed or issued the tickets. is there anything that can be done? priceline never actually charged my credit card (for this particular purchase).
