FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.
Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

My priceline contract set me up for bussnies class. (Even though I chose economy.) It automatically placed me in bussnies class for the round trip.

I faxed in the contract. And am now waiting for a call back from delta.

You think they will honour the bussnies class as well? Or try and dump me down to economy

If you go to the airport on the day u are supposed to fly they are usually much more easy going about changing dates and stuff. If you have an excuse. (Lost wallet, nor feeling so great etc.)

Is there any way to upgrade my economy to business or first by saying it was same price and I meant to book business/first or is this a lost cause? Thanks

Don't know why things would change (unless you get a time change wish is very possible)

I was thinking of that, although officially you can't do a date change that way. However, I'd be able to take a later flight out, and 4 more hours in Hawaii and one less stopover ain't nothing to sneeze at.

But I wish it could be a day longer... :))

For those who are getting their Priceline tickets issued, are they putting you in the fare class that you would have been on or some lower class?

How many days did you book? I have the opposite issue. Booked too many days and now if I take the Hawaii tickets I need to cancel other trips due to vacation days available.

Any reason I should bother if I was suppose to fly out yesterday? You think they would change the date for me?

Amazes me the amount of people here complaining with almost nobody complimenting Delta on the "gift" they are giving.

Wonder if the same people sending DOT complaints are emailing Delta thank you letters after they get their Priceline itineraries confirmed (which Delta had no reason to do)

was anyone able to get them to honor tickets for booking failure? that is if i never got an itinerary from priceline because their engine kept timing out after processing for over 15 mins?
