FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.
Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

Amazes me the amount of people here complaining with almost nobody complimenting Delta on the "gift" they are giving.

Wonder if the same people sending DOT complaints are emailing Delta thank you letters after they get their Priceline itineraries confirmed (which Delta had no reason to do)

Still not sure why Delta is doing this  :o

was anyone able to get them to honor tickets for booking failure? that is if i never got an itinerary from priceline because their engine kept timing out after processing for over 15 mins?

As long as the reservation was made prior to 1PM EST reports are they are issuing the tickets.

It was my understanding that if you attempted to book before 1pm and you can send them your contract they will honor it. At least that's how I read dans post.

It was my understanding that if you attempted to book before 1pm and you can send them your contract they will honor it. At least that's how I read dans post.
And how do I get that contract?

Im on with priceline chat doing that right now. Just tell them you want the contract

Of course now that I have it im not sure what to do with it. I was scheduled to fly on Yesterday (Sunday).

Specific for the flight you tried to book. It looks like the last page where you had to initial next to the price breakdown.

How many days did you book? I have the opposite issue. Booked too many days and now if I take the Hawaii tickets I need to cancel other trips due to vacation days available.

I'm booked 9 days, Sunday through Monday, and I'm trying to extend it to Tuesday.

One of the reps told me they are doing a thorough investigation on all price line tickets that are being sent to them
they are saying a lot of them that they are getting sent in is fraud and once they get a ticket they call priceline to confirm if its legit
