FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.
Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

It might cost 15,000 each way. Depends which fare class you're booked in.  Call Delta SkyMiles Department.

No, then a supervisor put me on hold ans is currently attempting to confirm my reservation.

Just got off the phone with Delta, they told me they will honor every ticket, but I have to call back after 12:00 since they have too many phone calls. That's after being on hold for over an hour!

waited an hour and 21 minutes only to be told the same thing. *sigh.* wondering if there is a point to call today, or just wait until tomorrow. Time to check how many minutes I have left on my cell phone plan.

My parents have me trying to get their booking. They had a "booking failure." Is that enough to get Delta to confirm their tickets?
