FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.
Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

try checking your browser history and you may find the priceline URL has your priceline (unconfirmed) itinerary. That's how i found mine i then contacted Priceline with that number and asked them to email me the "contract"

i called and used the automated system to get my itinerary number. I put in my phone number and credit card i tried booking with and it gave me the number. i hung up and called again to get human. gave them that number and they emailed me the contract.

So how many tickets do you think they sold/gave away during these few hours?
Rep said something to the tune of 31k. Think it was that many?

If it was 31K, assuming a good portion were 1st class and business, Delta lost 500 a ticket (conservative guess). Thats around $15.5m in "giveaways."

Yes.
Especially since they're honoring even the non-ticketed ones.

You can also just go online to look for your itinerary by using this Link.

Check the box that says "I don't have my Trip Number " and then you can either use your phone number or credit card to find your itinerary.

So, I emailed my tickets in two days ago and still no call.

Are they still ticketing?

I find it really strange that they are honoring the tickets that had booking errors.  nice but strange.
I wish they were being nice with the date changes though.  Cant seem to get anyone who would change my return flight to the night before

So my original ticket from Priceline was one way in biz and one way in economy. When I got the confirmation from Delta it showed both in Economy. I called back this morning and they were able to get me the biz seat again, but they had to change me to a later flight since my original flight didn't have any availability in biz. They were glad to do it and gave me no issues at all.

not really. Lets assume 5k cancelled. thats 26k tix, of which i'd say 7k are economy. So end of day they lose only on 19k? thats only 9.5 mil
