it cost them 2$ maybe for each checked bag and they charge 25$, it cost them 2-5$ to fly someone in coach in a seat that might have been empty.

so they are in the business of flying empty seats?!? yes, if the seat was empty now its filled but with  booking so far in advance its doubtful that most of these seats would've been empty "anyway".

This is the seat map per Seatguru of my business class LAX-JFK. Which seats would I chose to get 3 together? Row 6 plus the 2 middle row 7's? Is this how the actual layout looks?

They have different layouts on different flights. Sg is rubbish, check Delta.com.

That was the SG layout based on what I saw on Delta (attached). You're saying Delta is more accurate and I should book 3 in row 6?

I'm on board a delta glitch flight as we speak. Thanks Dan and OP and that dude that helped with server issues. Also thanks to anonymous ddf'R for the gogo pass.

Ps, they tried to assign me a crappy seat, all I said was I had bulkhead booked online there must have been equip change. I ended up getting the best seat on the flight (better than business)

Just noticed on my statement that Delta charged me a $25 phone booking fee. I called them out and they took it off.

Anyone have any luck switching from an economy to a business seat if they were confirmed? I have a business going and I have a economy on the return. Is it possible to upgrade to the economy to business. I huca'd but not getting anywhere. any tips?
