FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.
Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

What risk do I run if Mrs. Farmbochur and I use refundable tickets to get through security and then fly on Delta Glitch tickets booked for other family members (also one male and one female)?  I don't see how we could possibly get busted?  (BTW: the tickets are LGA-PIT coach)

Can someone enlighten me if this is a really bad/risky idea?

TIA

Under what circumstance would they do that?

$48 down the drain... Just decided not to take our flights that I booked for this Shabbos.

I may have to reconsider this response... http://forums.dansdeals.com/index.php?topic=36758.msg688527#msg688527

When I try to select kosher meals on my LAX-LIH or HNL-SEA legs (First), I get this:

Quote
We're sorry. We are unable to submit your Special Service Request. That request is unavailable on this flight

However, I found this here:

Quote
ALASKA, HAWAII, AND INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS
Complimentary meal service is offered on select Alaska and Hawaii flights based on flight times and on international flights approximately five hours or longer.
To request a special meal, you may do so via My Trips at least 12 hours (24 hours for Kosher and Hindu) before your scheduled flight departure. Once you check in, advise the gate agent and a flight attendant that you ordered   a special meal.

Anyone successfully got a kosher meal this way?

When you click on "meal service" on the flight information page, which meal does it say is being served?

"Fresh Food for Purchase"

Guess that means no meals at all?

So my friend booked on Priceline business class to lax and on the contract from Priceline it had the business price but said economy   When delta called to issue the ticket they issued business both ways bec they said that's what you originally booked and she didn't need to even say anything to them abt it     And now on the way back from lax at the airport they said your email was a mistake and you were supposed to get economy both ways and charged them for luggage and gave em crap saying you only paid $60.... And was nasty to them and  only let then bring a personal bag onto the plane saying there was no room for hand luggage... Gave em middle seats... Basically the airport worker got upset at them bec they got cheap tix. And decided to screw em.  What should they do to get compensation

maybe dispute it with the cc company.  First i would try contacting Delta and see what they do.

don't dispute it with the cc companies, call up delta and tell them what happened, if they say there is nothing they could do then ask for a supervisor, u should be compensated for this. be pleasant on the phone and tell them u fly delta all the time and u have only had good experiences before and u r surprised and disappointed by the way u were treated. u will prob get a few hundred dollar voucher for this, lol

I was able to change my ticket by one day.

I originally called Delta, I gave the rep my PL contract number. Delta Called me back 4-5 days later with a reservation number, and said I have to ticket it within 48 hours. I asked then if they could change it, they said no. I called a 2nd time with the confirmation number... again no. On the 3rd time they let a change. I only asked for a change by one day, Rep was pretty nice.

Was it a supervisor or just regular rep?

BTW i took the red eye LAX-JFK in Business, and even though website said no meal, there was a meal served, luckily they had extra kosher meals, but anyone taking a similar flight should call delta to reserve kosher if website won't allow
