FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.
Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

Delta isnt that stupid.
They just sent me an email cancelling my tickets, saying they were never booked on priceline.  :(
maybe that agent spoke to a supervisor afterwards so she wouldnt get in trouble?

It is somewhat comical so let's not get carried away. Like I said earlier I highly doubt these tickets were booked.

Upthread, someone quoted a rep as saying that they are verifying everything because there are many fraudsters.

I guess we know who they are.

I am very worried about my JFK-LAS flight tomorrow.  Supposed to take off at 3:35 pm but weather is supposed to be bad after 12 noon.  I see on Delta.com that there is a weather alert and that they should be accepting flight changes without a fee.  However, I cant find a flight earlier than mine that is after 7:45 am.  I wouldnt be able to make a flight before 12 noon.  Anyone have advice on this or can help me find a flight that Delta would be willing to put me on?

Well delta has certainly been helpful here.  The rep put me on an 11:25 flight through MSP with an hour stop.  Once she was changing my first flight she changed my return with no charge to the red eye the night before my flight.  I had been trying to change that flight since the day after the glitch to no avail but now they did it.

Hey everyone, I originally booked two tickets during my spring break but just realized that I'd be flying on Purim during one leg :/ . Has anyone managed to change the date on these tickets?

Delta just informed me that the return leg of this trip (the one I'd like to change) has been delayed by 1hr. What's the best way to make sure that I can change this ticket to times I want? Also, is changing from airports from HNL to OGG a possibility?

Thanks!

Although annoying to many, this weather has actually helped some people make changes to thier glitch tickets.
