FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.
Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

You do not have any of the original emails from priceline?

All the reps I spoke to (and I spoke to MANY) insisted on the same thing = they cannot find an unconfirmed booking on the spreadsheet Priceline sent them without the contract number. I would go back to PL yet again and ask to speak to a supervisor and explain your situation. I honestly find it hard to believe that they would purge these records so quickly. Maybe it's a matter of reps not having access.

If that doesn't work call Delta again, tell them you spoke to several reps and would like to be transferred directly to a sup. Offer to fax or e-mail the original e-mail from Priceline, to show that you really did try to book. My BIL and SIL had the same situation and they were given a year to book.

Sorry to keep repeating what others said but HUCA. I spoke to at least 10 reps before I had my tickets adjusted.

Flying out JFK to LAX this Sunday on Delta #426 with four seats in BE, two of which will be occupied by our three-month old twins. Looks like BE is already sold out. Though this is the probably the wrong crowd for such statements, apologies in advance to any passengers in the cabin for any noise emanating from 2C and 3C in the Business cabin!

No reason for apologies no one ever said business class is supposed to be quiet. It happens to be quiet because most people won't spend money in kids but the fact that it should be a quiet place I disagree and kids are more then welcome! Enjoy your trip!

The FA's don't know how much you paid for your seats, all they know is you're a Business traveller and it's their job to make you happy so you come back again.

I wrote a while ago that I by mistake booked myself on a separate flight from my wife and kids
due to rushing before the glitch was up.
I had tried to change my flight to my wife's which was 2 hours earlier then mine
but they said they wanted $1400. Tried again at check in for my wife's flight they said the plane was full
no extra seats. Went with my wife and kids to her gate. They made an announcement that 2 passengers were upgraded
to BE. I went to the desk about 10 minutes before takeoff they put me on standby I got on the flight and didn't have to pay.

I tried several times to have my flight changed to an earlier one on the same day, and each time, they said I was not able to (without paying price difference), and my only option would be stand-by or same-day confirmed.  Well, today I got a call from Delta, telling me my flight is overfull, and would I mind changing to an earlier flight and getting a travel voucher? Um, no, did not mind at all!  So, I made money on this deal, lol!
