FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.
Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

It seems that I have the older version which was free, that's probably why the link isn't working.

Shocked! I spoke to an SLC Custer Experience Supervisor Debbie (Machshayfa) and explained to her that a 20 minute connection in LAX is not enough time to make a connecting flight. She even admitted that I'd miss the connection and she said she will not change. She even notated the reservation that it shouldn't be changed. However when I got to the Airport I spoke with a supervisor and after 30 minutes of fighting, she rerouted us via SLC #deltasucks

you ungrateful piece of crap

What part un-excited you?

That Hawaiian was part of your Delta itinerary. I booked JFK-LAX-HNL and then HNL-OGG-LIH-HNL with Hawaiian. Not sure that Delta will modify my reservation for a schedule change on another airline.

Yeah, I don't think they'll do that :(

on the return I'm flying HNL-LAX-JFK, the connection in LAX was 45 minutes and now lowered to 40. Dare I even try to get us rerouted from OGG instead of HNL with 2 hour connection?

Is there an actual chance of me making a 40 minute connection in LAX? Flying in Biz/First

Woa! Relax dude. Secondly, How more dysfunctional can it get when the supervisor tells you that you will miss your flight and she is not going to help you with that even though there are different flight options available? Thirdly #deltasucks is in part of their refusal to change my outbound after I insisted that a 20 min connection isn't sufficient enough. Especially when there is snow on the ground in DTW and the flight is departing from LGA. Outcome: Missed flight in DTW, Overnight stay in DTW, trip extended as per Shabbos. Excess costs incurred due to loss of food, delayed bags, hotel cancellations and extra nights, etc.
As per the nice guys at delta, take some worthless skypesos for ur troubles. Pathetic.

So take a break and chill before you call me names.

40 mins is 25 mins because they close out 15 min prior to departure. You should be ok because you are in the front of the plane.

so i bought tickets during the glitch and got the "contract" from priceline. during the bedlam that followed i called a few times to try and have delta issue the tickets however the hold times were ridiculous and the fax didnt work for me. being as my flights are in august i figured i would have time to wait out the rush (and hour+ long hold times) to call and get my tickets. does anyone know (or have experience), if i call now will i be able to get the tickets?
TIA

We had spicy chicken for dinner with green beans and potatoes. There was a cold tray iwth other random food. Breakfast was an omelet with some cheese and a roll.
We had no issue getting into the lounge. But in SLC we did on the way back.

If you are paying for the seat, it doesn't matter how old the person is.
You just need to call in (or go online) and request it.

Oh, kids meals.
I haven't seen that on any airlines.

For our 3 month old twins who were seated with us in BE, we ordered the "infant meal" which was  kosher jars of baby-food (peas, carrots etc.) and bottles of Similac.

When we land in LAX at terminal 5 is it possible to get cab and go to restaurant and get back in 1 hour? we land 1130 and leave 250. Include going through security. I have never been to LAX so not sure what the layout is like and traffic. This is on a sunday
Thanks
