how to book a flight on miles

I am extremely new to all of this. i saw several times that dan has mentioned that you could fly round trip from tlv to cyprus for 5000 ultimate reward points. but i can not figure out how to do it. can someone can please help me out with this?

That would be by transferring them to Virgin Atlantic and booking through them. Check availability before transferring.
