Probably much worse. It is probably airplane food judging based on an experience I had at Atlantis
Here is the response I got from the hotel.....
We are not a certified kosher property which means we do not have a kosher kitchen, nor do we have kosher equipment’s, pots, pans, crockery, glass ware etc.,
We have a freezer stocked with kosher meat, chicken and burgers.
How we cook the meats is to simply season it, wrap it in foil and serve them in foil, being a non-kosher property and for kosher religious reasons we do not cut up the meat or do anything further to it, we simply season, wrap, cook and serve, that way the client knows it has not touched any other cooking surface which would make it non-kosher, this technique will work for the client depending on how religious they are, if they are strict kosher this will not be enough, however if they are happy with this style and they eat their salads and regular vegetable sides etc. from the buffet or menu then fine we can offer the kosher meats we carry,
