Citi Business credit line transfers

is there any department in citi that will transfer credit from one business card to another?  i've hucad multiple times and they say citi doesn't do cl transfers.

They are currently having internal issues. I was told it has to do with their legal disclosures and they are trying to work it out so that they can move cl again.

LOL, I have been told half a dozen other stories by reps in the last couple of days, but haven't heard this one.
Whatever the reason, it seems that it won't be done.

Was skeptical too, but 3 reps told me something similar about disclosures. The last one told me he would look into it and actually called me back a few hours later.
