flights from Ireland to Israel
« on: December 30, 2013, 04:46:37 PM »
Does anyone know of any airlines that fly from Ireland to Israel? Any mileage tickets? Would it make sense to go by land - and sight see - in order to get to Israel? (My husband is not going to fly Air Berlin or Lufthansa.) Any suggestions? Thanks!

Kayak is an excellent resource.

Are you aware that Ireland is an island. Also are you aware that Israel is surrounded by unfriendly Arab nations.

Also is your husband aware that Lufthansa and air Berlin didn't exist in the 1940's? And that Germany is currently one of Israel's biggest friends
Life isn't about checking the boxes. Nobody cares.

Its a troll. No way someone thinks the only way to get to Israel is driving for a few weeks or flying  via Germany.

Are you aware of what her husband or family went through and what their feelings are towards a country that put them through it? you should never be.
And just to broaden your horizons, read up a little and see that Lufthansa did have some affiliation with them

If he doesn't want to fly Air Berlin or Lufthansa. I know people that have taken Swiss (via Zurich), British Air (via London), Air France (via Paris) and KLM (via Amsterdam).  Although there are multiple options which can be found on Kayak.com as other members have mentioned, Lufthansa has generally been the cheapest for the people I know that have taken this route.

ETA: I just checked Kayak and looks like Turkish also flies DUB-TLV.
