FOR PRICELINE RESERVATIONS WITH BOOKING FAILURE
(Call Priceline 1800-259-2091 dial 3 and then 1 and ask for the contract receipt.)
(Then fax the contract to Delta with your name, email and phone number to 1801-575-3000)
UPDATE: It is no longer necessary to fax in anything to Delta. Just call Delta direct, with the priceline conf number, ask for a supervisor, and they are honoring all tickets! ;D

You booked your ticket using Priceline and got the 15 minute message which ultimately resulted in no booking. Then...

Got it reinstated just by talking to Priceline over the phone
Got it reinstated just by talking to Delta over the phone
Got it reinstated by faxing the Priceline contract to Delta
Got it reinstated WITH DIFFERENT FLIGHTS THAN ORIGINAL ONES by faxing the Priceline contract to Delta and changing the flights
Faxed different flights that the original ones and got turned down
Faxed Delta and it still didn't help (as in got actually turned down)

I don't know if it pertains but a supervisor at Slc confirmed that there were over 30k priceline ticket failures.

Not to mention the countless other booking failure they have on other booking agents.

Just wanted to chime in I got a 15 minute notice and they never booked me. They told me to call and when I called they couldn't find my booking.

I had a unique situation where I booked a Friday night flight from JFK to lax and I attempted a duplicate booking for Thursday night January 16 with the same return as my first trip. The first trip was ticketed right away while the second duplicate was the 15 minute notice.

After working it out with a supervisor they canceled one of my tickets for the 17th and booked me on the 16th which is Thursday with no penalty or fees.
